Getting Started with Worksii
Welcome to Worksii – your all-in-one messaging platform for WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications. This guide walks you through the essential steps to activate your account, configure your channels, and send your first campaign.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit https://www.worksii.com and sign up with your business email. You will be prompted to:
- Enter your company name and details
- Set your primary timezone and language
- Create your administrator account
Once registered, you will gain access to your company’s private dashboard.
Step 2: Add Team Members
After creating your account, invite colleagues or departments to collaborate with you on Worksii.
- Go to Team Management
- Click Invite User
- Assign roles (Admin, Marketing, Support, Finance)
Each role has customizable permissions via role-based access control (RBAC).
Step 3: Fund Your Wallet
Before sending messages, fund your prepaid wallet:
- Navigate to Billing & Wallet
- Click Add Funds
- Choose from Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer options
You can also set auto-top-up rules to keep your wallet funded and campaigns uninterrupted.
Step 4: Set Up Messaging Channels
Worksii supports the following messaging channels:
- WhatsApp: Connect your WhatsApp Business number or create one using our onboarding tool
- Email: Add your SMTP provider or link SendGrid
- SMS: Use Twilio, Nexmo, or your preferred SMS service
- Push Notifications: Set up web or app push using our SDK
Each channel has a guided setup wizard and documentation to help you configure it correctly.
Step 5: Import or Build Your Audience
You can manage your audience by:
- Uploading a CSV or Excel file
- Syncing with your CRM via API
- Adding individual records manually
Use segmentation tools to categorize contacts based on attributes like engagement, demographics, or behavior.
Step 6: Create Your Message Templates
Before launching a campaign, create reusable message templates for each channel:
- WhatsApp templates must be submitted for Meta approval (via our dashboard)
- Rolling Campaigns: Triggered by events like sign-ups or purchases
- Email templates support HTML and dynamic variables
- SMS templates can be plain text with personalization tags
Use {{first_name}}, {{order_id}}, and other tokens to tailor messages.
Step 7: Launch Your First Campaign
Go to Campaigns and choose the campaign type:
- Static Campaign: One-time batch message
- Rolling Campaign: Triggered by customer activity
- Sequenced Campaign: Multi-step message flows
- Prize Campaign: Reward-based engagement
Use the scheduler to pick a time or run immediately. Monitor performance in real-time from your dashboard.
Step 8: Monitor & Optimize
Advanced users can:
- Use APIs to trigger messages from CRMs
- Set up webhooks for real-time events
- Automate user sync and reporting
